  ALWAYS a problem. I use both the Three Rivers and Shaver Rd Meijer Pharmacies because it is convenient when I get groceries once a week. However, it is sadly becoming more convenient to drive to another company even though I still get my groceries there because 9 times out of 10 there is a problem when trying to fill my prescription and I either have to wait or pick it up another time. Examples I've had: -Notification my prescription is ready...I get there and it's not ready and have to wait for 20min. -Notification my prescription is ready...I get there and they tell me they had issues filling it because they needed a refill notice from my doctor and cannot fill it...why didn't you call and tell me and still "fill" my prescription and send me a notice that it was ready then?? -Refill from the app and TRIPLE check that it is filled at the right location and it is often sent to the wrong location. I capped TRIPLE check because that's how many times I have to make sure I had the right location since this problem has happened multiple times. -Got a flu shot through them and it was very unorganized. Was told they were ready, then they weren't ready, then when they were ready they told me the kind I needed was out of stock (why didn't you tell me when I requested it). They were also very unknowledgeable regarding any prenatal questions I had or concerns getting a flu shot since I am in the process of trying to conceive a child. They have issues with their app, training, process/system and it needs some major help. The only good thing I can say is they are a very nice staff, but that's about it.
